What if I have multiple kids in treatment?
You’ll only need to register once! You can use any of your children’s birthdays to register for our patient portal.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Click “Recover password” on the portal home page, and it’ll guide you through a few simple steps to verify your identity. You’ll receive an email with a temporary password, which you’ll then use to create your new password.
