Donated Orthodontic Services
The Nth Degree Orthodontics is a proud local partner of Donated Orthodontic Services Program, an arm of American Association of Orthodontists Foundation (AAOF) which provides the connection to top notch orthodontic treatment for children of families with financial need.
Eligibility
- Your child is 18 years old or younger.
- Your total family income is 200% of the poverty level or less.
- Your child receives regular dental care and has good oral hygiene.
- Your child is not currently in treatment or in between phases of treatment.
- Your child has not received previous orthodontic treatment.
Applying for the Program
The Donated Orthodontic Services program application for 2022 will be open during the following timeframes:
- March 1, 2022-May 31, 2022
- September 1, 2022-November 30, 2022
Applications submitted between the application windows will be held until the next application window opens.
All applications must be submitted directly to AAOF Donated Orthodontic Services website.
