What Is Invisalign?

Invisalign does not use metal brackets or wires that can hurt your teeth. All you have to do is put in a new set of aligners every other week. You do this until your teeth push into place. What makes these aligners better than the alternative is that you can wear them without putting too much hassle into your life.
You can do many of the things in your normal daily routine that you did before you got the aligners. To eat meals, simply remove them and consume your food as you normally would. If you play contact sports that require a mouthguard, remove them and wear your mouthguard in your accustomed manner.
Brushing and flossing is far from from difficult when you wear these corrective guards. During your morning and evening routines, remove them from your mouth, then brush and floss in the manner you normally would.
