Here’s how our patient portal can save you time and keep you up-to-date with your treatment!

Treatment made easy.

Our patient portal is easy to use, can be accessed from anywhere with wifi, and makes it easy for you to manage appointments and finances!

1. View your upcoming appointments.
   Can’t remember when your next appointment is? With our patient portal, you can see all of your upcoming appointments in one place (even if you have multiple kids undergoing treatment at once).
2. View your account and payments online.
   Our portal also allows you to view your financial plan and balance, view past payments and your upcoming payments. Just scroll down to the “Financial Summary” section on your portal dashboard, and you’ll see a detailed summary of your past payments, as well as when your next payment is due.
3. Fill out patient forms
   Save time during your visits by filling out patient forms online before your appointments. You’ll receive an email alert to visit our patient portal to fill out any necessary forms and submit them electronically. Doing this ensures that your information is accurate and up-to-date, and it helps our team prepare for your visit more efficiently so we can focus on catching up with you!

How to register for our patient portal

Once you start treatment with us, you’ll have an entire orthodontic team going to the Nth Degree to support you throughout your braces or clear aligner treatment.

Our patient portal is like having a virtual team member available anytime! Here’s how you can register for our patient portal:

1. Visit our website. Looks like you’re already here!
2. Click the “Patient Portal” button in the top right corner of the screen. You’ll see this button on every page of our site! It’ll bring you right to our Ortho 2 Edge patient portal.
3. Click on “Register Responsible Party”.
4. Fill in the form with your information and click “Register”. This form will ask for your first name, last name, patient’s birthday, your email address, and your cell phone number.
5. Verify your registration. You’ll receive an email with a verification link. You’ll need to click this link to verify your account and complete your registration!

But what if I have multiple kids in treatment at once or at separate times?

You’ll only need to register once! You can use any of your children’s birthdays to register for our patient portal.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click “Recover password” on the portal home page. It’ll guide you through a few simple steps to verify your identity and recover your password. You’ll receive an email with a new temporary password, which you’ll use to create your new password!
